What makes Punta Sayulita so special?

Punta Sayulita – an Eco-friendly, Jungle Fantasyland

Peace, tranquility, and exclusivity are all yours in this beautiful gated development covering a breathtaking 33-acre, oceanfront peninsula.
Punta Sayulita Ocean View

At Punta Sayulita, Hawaii-based architect Mark de Reus has created a special space that simulates an Old-world Pacific (as in the entire Pacific basin) fishing village with the central meeting spot (in this case the exquisite beach club) surrounded by the huts (read multi-million dollar two and three-story custom-built homes with pools, Jacuzzis, etc.)

So, daily life in Punta Sayulita revolves around the club where you can socialize and entertain – but are never far from solitary spaces and the ability to connect with nature.PS46

Homes and buildings in Punta Sayulita were sited to blend in with the terrain, leaving natural boulders and protected oil palms in place. The three hilltops are preserved as parks for the Sayulita community.

There is a home to suit the needs of the most discerning client: from the adventurous types to those who cannot stray too far from their creature comforts.

Beach Club and Spa

The Club House, which is open-air, is for the exclusive use of Punta Sayulita guests – so no crowds and very personalized service. Stroll down from your magnificent rental home through jungle pathways and hiking trails to take a spin in the gym before breakfast. Or maybe you’d rather jump in for a quick dip in the ocean off the private beach.

Breakfast is served daily in the Club House and includes delicious breads made in-house. The emphasis here is on the freshest ingredients available. A limited menu is supplemented daily with whatever Chef Cesar can find in the local markets.

Lunch is offered in the Club House, pool-side, beach-side or you can order a light salad to enjoy in the spa and meditation areas.

Dinner can be prepared and served by special request, either in the comfort of your own home or in some romantic location you might stumble across whilst exploring the property.

Kids love the Club House as there’s an array of fun water toys to play with. At the ocean’s edge, there’s a private, shallow, sandy cove to swim in and, for the real tomboys, a wharf to jump off.

Days can be as active or lazy as you care to make them, the multi-level pools offer waterfalls and cascades to keep you fresh or you can sidle up to the swim-up bar and try one of Limones famous “Verdant Viper” cocktails. This can be as healthy or as “vipery” as you care to make it – add a couple of shots of vodka and this innocuous green juice turns lethal!

Luxury Living with all the Amenities

PS50Each home also offers a private pool and Jacuzzi, plenty of terrace space and absolutely outstanding ocean and village views.

All the homes we represent are fully-staffed and offer a complete line of concierge services. Enjoy a nice, relaxing massage on your master terrace or let us send somebody to take all your stresses away ocean-side in one of the breezy massage cabanas. Now we’re talking!

Punta Sayulita is really the perfect family getaway. With only a small number of homes already built and 24-hour security, everybody is pampered, safe, relaxed and amused.
