Many of you are familiar with who we are; old friends, returning clients, colleagues and acquaintances from prior visits to Punta Mita and Sayulita.
I feel we have grown sufficiently in the past year to warrant a regular update on what we are doing here at PuntaMita-Rentals. I will endeavor to bring you a monthly newsletter featuring and “adult” beverage of my choosing and some exciting upcoming events. Many of them include food, fun and well… more drinks, and a general overview of all the fun I am having.
Anyone who knows me knows food and beverages are my passion – no matter where I am in the world. Here, on my own doorstep, I am excited to share my local discoveries with you. I will try to give you a little glimpse into some of the wonderful Mexican traditions I have discovered in my years here. These are often uniquely available to us in our little corner of paradise. I hope you’ll make it down soon to enjoy them with me.
As an owner in Punta Mita, I want to offer you all the amazing things that we lucky ones get to experience on a daily basis. We can set you up with a once-in-a-lifetime family experience or a quick, catch-some-rays-and-have-fun weekend.
I have partnered with friends who own properties ranging from the fantastic to the out-of-the-stratosphere gorgeous! Some rent their homes once or twice a year, others on a regular basis. I am familiar with each property and personally know each owner.
My goal is to bring you the best of the Punta Mita region. Happiness is in the details and that’s what I am striving to deliver. We are a unique rental agency offering bespoke vacations. I am not interested in run-of-the-mill mass properties. Rather, I am inclined to welcome you and your loved ones back again and again, share a cocktail with you and hope that we become old friends.
Bon vivant, gastronome and all-around great guy – Miguel Neves de Carvalho brings you the best of what Punta Mita and the surrounding area have to offer. His passions include polo, horse riding, rugby, cigars and most recently … golf.
Miguel lives in Punta Mita with his youngest son, his fiancée, Lisa, and his two dogs “Tanqueray” and “Tonica”.
He started Punta Mita-Rentals in 2012.
