Letter from Luis

Dear Friends,

As you know, I am always looking for better ways to serve my clients and keep building my business services. I love what I do and hope I am bringing the very best assistance I can to all of my valued clients.

The rental market this season has been incredible and it seems to be a great way to off-set property expenses when the homes are not in use. Many clients have asked me to manage their rental calendars and help them to find more renters. However, I feel this would take me away from my main focus – which is to manage their properties to the best of my abilities.

I am, therefore, aligning Luxury Punta Mita with Punta Mita Rentals, an agency specializing in high-end rental properties in the Punta Mita area owned by my good and trusted friend, Miguel Carvalho. Miguel, like me, is a Four Seasons veteran as well as an expert in the upscale hotel business. He is also an “inside the gates” resident having lived many years in the community.

Miguel runs a high-end rental business which follows my philosophy that the devil is in the details and that a very personalized, hands-on approach with renters and owners is the way of the future. We have been working together, very successfully, for the last year. The 2015/16 high season has been most prosperous with Miguel’s team bringing many qualified renters to my property owners.
